The automated baggage handling system uses a loop cross belt sorting system to solve the problem of limited sorting space, making the equipment highly compatible with the site and achieving efficient automated baggage sorting. The system consists of three systems: the departure system, the arrival system, and the control system, with a total equipment length of about 900 meters. The designed annual passenger throughput is 5 million passengers and annual aircraft movements are 45,000.
Departure system: includes the standard baggage departure system, large baggage departure system, loop cross belt sorting system, and camera recognition system for baggage tags.
Arrival system: includes multiple horizontal claim carousels.
Control system: includes the electrical and control system, information processing system, equipment monitoring system, and video monitoring system.
